The items out in the world (Marshals, Grand Marshal’s, High Warlord, etc) that use the level 60 PvP art are un-transmogrifiable (including the item level 115 stuff that shares the name from Burning Crusade).
Would be insane to transmog those items …

Yes, please.
They should never have been locked like they were to begin with - if there are any sets that fully represent the ‘‘Old School Factions’’ it’s those sets, and having them unavailable is ridiculous.
