i didn’t buy DF and i am being spammed with the quest item for starting the DF quests. it’s not enough i have a pop-up telling me to upgrade to Dragonflight every time i hearthstone, or that the npc’s in the auction house won’t shup up whenever a dracthyr enters the room… now this.
i keep deleting the item because I need my bag space for using the auction, but it keeps coming back. i feel like i’m playing a free trial version of the game considering how much Dragonflight is spammed
I’ve seen quite handful of players who didn’t buy the recent expansion, my question is why ?
You should get it, DF is a really good expansion. If you like WoW then you will like DF.
My best guess is that many players are trying to play it safe since BfA and Shadowlands must’ve figuratively left a pretty bad taste in their mouths.
it was way too expensive in the beginning and now i don’t see a point in getting it since so much time passed from the release. i also don’t play current content, i only farm old one
Sadly you can’t abandon this nonsense. The best you can do in accept the quest and untrack it. The reason it keeps popping up is cus you have abandoned it.
And yes very very annoying but then you gotta play their way or the highway.
I actually purchased Dragonflight and seriously do regret it. I currently level my chars to 61 and then start over. DF is just so boring. I tried again this afternoon with one of my 70s and got to this bridge doing some endgame campaign nonsense and was about to do what the dragon said and just logged to Undercity… I’ve just deleted every quest I had in DF. Made me feel better.
