My raidframes refuse to allign as 5 party groups when in a raid. Sometimes they fix themselves only to be realigned by themselves after a few secounds again. The frames also move by themselves, meaning, that if I have my mouse over someone, that frame of that person can move to another place and then change the layout of the whole raidframe. Wtf does it do this, it is very annoying that i need to be irl hit capped to heal in my raids.
Probably an addon issue.
Uninstall all your addons, and I do mean uninstall not “deactivate”, and then see if that solves the issue.

That seems very quick …
Though I would have suggested resetting the UI first (see the post before this) as that removes all addons and everything else from the game temporarily if you follow the instructions correctly.
