Blizzard renewed my subscription without my consent

Hi Blizzard,

I have been away from WoW for some time and currently do not have an active subscription, as I specifically canceled it three months ago. I am too busy to play at the moment.

However, out of the blue, I received a notification that a one-month subscription has been renewed. This is the first time this has occurred in three months.

Please terminate the subscription and refund the charge. I did not activate this renewal, as I am unable to play games at this time. This renewal was in error.

Billing issues cannot be handled over the forums. You need to contact Blizzard directly, or try the automatic refund service.

Be aware that Blizzard started to offer while ago option to “pause” subscription for x months after which it will renew, so make sure you didn’t use that option.
