So that servers stay unplayable and unbalanced state. And people will flock back to DF. Its dead experience right now.

Unbalanced, so are retail servers.
Unplayable? Pls go back and read SL launch topics they were identical. The over populated realms crash become unstable, your lucky you only have queues.
SL took several retail servers completely offline due to how many tried to log in to then sit through massive queues.
Your all flocking to the overpopulated servers, then using bots and auto clickers to never disconnect and wondering why the queues are mental.
Considering you classic players pay a retail sub, for free access to classic servers, physically impossible.
Unless classic completely dies also

The subscription you pay is for WoW retail, WoW classic was given to WoW players as a free asset as part of the subscription for the game.
This was so they can round classic numbers into retail WoW subscribers when their announce their sub numbers to investors.
So yes, ur 12 million player strong subs on wotlk launch will be rounded into the 9ish million that sub to DF for that launch, qhich means they can state their game has 21 million subs.

Yes. They arent seperate subscriptions
You can play classic to BFA on the sub you payz you will need to buy SL to play the latest content however.
However your sub has basically paid for ur access to Retail and all its expansions before hand. And with DF launch u get SL.
The same as i can log onto classic and wotlk classic.

Df is better anyway. I”ll stick to wotlk till DF is pretty cool fooling around in it once again, but thats it
While it wouldn’t surprise me that Blizzard would pull a stunt like this, I don’t think it’s the case.
Mind you, Wrath is alive and well where I am. And I sure as hell won’t play Retail again, ever. No matter what.

You dont get it. There used to be people buzzing and chatting and server had communities and weirdoes, heroes, villains and clowns. That does not happen anymore.

Blizz is going a long way to convince us that “we think we did, but we don’t” but actually and purposefully ruining Wrath is a bit too far-fetched. I for one won’t ever go back to Retail, no matter how they botch up Wrath - as long as Era servers exist I’m subbed.

I dont like either retail or Wrath because nobody talk or interacts. And I see people appearing and disappearing. High pop server are crammed full with nothing but instant spam. People dont enjoy the game. They just want to rush, gear and log out. Game is not a game anymore just a reward pinata.

After DF release classic will be on fire again.
Not really, I played SL launch on Kazzak, we had issues for an first hour or so, after that it was smooth sailing.
