But… People need gold sellers, who in turn need farming bots, so people can buy truckloads of gold to use in GDKP runs… How else will people get the gear they want from raids?
Where in the service terms do they say anything about maintaining a service free from bots? You can’t hold a company legally accountable for something they never agreed to offer or something that no contract agreement has been made for.
The bots suck, but botting has been a problem for a long time and part of what is to be expected when you play this game. There is no legal grounds to base anything on here.
Its their game, they make the rules. They’re not obligated to do anything about it. They don’t have to enforce their own ToS if they don’t want to or can’t be bothered for what ever the reason might be.

I think the bots have been decimated, I barely see them on the open world.
Give it a month and you will see a 5 bots running in every zone.
