Scotchka:
“In similar cases” is enough to understand it is a subjective law. You cannot have subjective law! No other law has this. Its not even a law. It may have been entered with good intent. I am not a laywer and dont find laws particularly interesting enough to spend a lot of time on it, but i did examine this one with regard to other laws, form an ethical point of view.
There are more flaws in systems of law in the west, but those are not within one law. This one is.
Compare it to criminal law of manslaughter or smth. Does that have an inkling of doubt within the law itself? Does it start with “in similar cases”, leaving it to the judge to determine if this murder is similar or not? No.
Which means anyone can be sentenced with this law; no matter what you did or said even.
Hehe yes, in theory. And if you have enough money. ;]
Practice however is en entirely different story.
And that is due to that determination at the start: In similar cases.
Your case may be taken as similar.
Mine is rejected bc it is not similar.
I cant be much clearer than this.
No, it hasnt. Name me 1 attack from the right since ww2. I can name you numerous from the left. I was IN far left end 80ies.
Attack on Kosto. Attack on Janmaat. Attack on Fortuyn. The condoning of the attack on V Gogh. The numerous attacks on farmers, etc etc. I know the network. I know how they operate. And i know how they think.
Name me 1 attack from the right. There arent any.
Sleep well ;]
Not entirely true. Breivik is a good example of a far right terrorist.
We were talking about the dutch situation m8. Im sorry bc i see that this will confuse ppl.
You are right wrt Breivik. You can consider that right. It is nationalistic.
Compared to entire Europe… although i have to say i cannot oversee all off Europe, i would still say that a lot more violence came from the left, than the right. Raf…
But i think that will soon change, as more and more ppl with little to lose will want to fight for their countries/culture/race/etc. Seems inevitable to me.
The difference is that the left (since ww2 anyway), was fighting for their ideology. It was not for their survival. The new right will fight for their survival. I have far more sympathy for any ppls fighting for their survival, than for an ideology.
Ah, sorry. I know almost nothing about dutch apart from LaTrappe. But I don’t really think that the left can do anything. They are basically dead in all of the eastern European countries(people still remember what it was to live in a “socialist” country), and the immigrant crisis actually seemed to open the eyes of most western voters, so I don’t think they are relevant anymore.
Thats ok m8.
You are right. Even though the left globalists (who are far from being in favor of equality…) together with the right globs are in power and seem to think they can prolong this even longer, it is, or should be anyway, clear to everyone that former under USSR control European nations will not want any of the sorts.
Two years ago i thought that east and west would split over this line, but as it turns out now, the masses in western Europe are waking up too.
So its bbye globs; left and right. Juncker can pack up and retire. What he should have done 50 years ago ;]
Edit: this is too cheerful. And i am not very cheerful.
First off; we havent won yet. We will, but the question is how many suffering there will be b4 it is over and we can return to normal.
Secondly; there is also a looming banking crisis, that can erupt at any moment. Each one will be bigger than the next, bc not only did the communist model fail, the capitalistic model also fails.
Thirdly; wrt immigrants there is a huge problem for us and them. A lot of ppl, if a crisis hits will return to their homelands, or safe havens. The natives cannot run. Or often cannot or will not. But the most problematic group in the sense of suffering are the children of mixed marriages. Mixed racially and/or culturally. They are already torn between these elements and will feel forced or may even literally be forced to choose between 2 homelands that may both not really welcome them. That is very sad.
So no, i am not cheerful.
I still hope we can all sort this in a humane/friendly/non violent way. But i have fears. For myself, my children and all ppl
