Blizzard unable to give technical support on patching issues

Hello,

As many of us know there clearly are issues with the battle net launcher regarding download speeds of WoW updates. This has been going on for years and years and from a consumer perspective, the lack of attention Blizzard has for this ever so annoying issues, is completely unacceptable. There are multiple Tech support forum posts about people stuck on initializing loops, abnormally slow download speeds on game updates, yet there are no blue posts about the topic nowhere to be found on EU forums. Why is that?
Furthermore, if one scrolls down the topics on Technical support forums, it can be easily seen that over 90% of posts are without blue reply. Is this complete disregard to game subscribers or what?

I think it’s about time for Blizzard to properly address this issue regarding Battle net launcher and download speeds.

have you tried contacting your ISP and see if they can see anything on your connection?
i have no issue with it at all.

We are happy you don’t have any issue, still the problem mentioned by Annu exists.

People facing the issue can easily run a tracert and see where the problem lies. And today it is due to the hop between 137.221.65.35 and 137.221.65.159 (both are Blizzard’s servers).

but blizzard isnt your ISP and you dont download directly from the game server and since blizzard can monitor the entire internet then what you want from blizzard is impossible.
also you make it sound like everyone including me is having this issue which i havent and i never had.
