Dragonriding in a cave is really pointless it feels so claustrophobic and some of us really like dragonriding in open skies but not in closed areas with lots of turns and twists where i bump into walls and ceilings and loose my vigor points… making it really frustrating experience.
Yet another gearing system in the middle of an expansion… too many systems makes it really confusing, seriously why don’t you guys learn?
In spite of having a ‘quest line’ to explain how the new gearing works, im sure people still would prefer to watch a youtube video.
The NPC Rannan Korren is absolutely annoying and yet again we meet him in the caverns. His voice lines are annoying and it looks like i have to bear with him being ‘WQ’ giver for the patch
World quests are boring. period
The zone doesn’t feel intimidating but more like a fairy land with those colour pallets. I really cant take them seriously.
But credit is due where it should be, the story line is amazing and im happy to see more strong character progression for the black dragon flight.
The niffen are fun and the digging activity is weirdly fun, for now.
I spent a good hour walking around without realizing, I can use my dragon to fly
The Cave-effect was so strong it totally shut off my brain and basically forgot it was a “feature” and others are around, simply because not seen them, not looked up, focused on the ground
Have nothing else to blame but me… and the horrible place
Bu still… it was anoying and embarrassing
There is always someone who is gonna annoy someone. Sorry, this time it hit you.
Sounds good to me. I don’t think the zone went bad until the primalist people went there anyways? It’s not like a place rot once a bad person enters it. At least not every time!
I have not been able to do do more than a few quests so far, so not really seen it yet.
It honestly wouldn’t feel so bad if we hadn’t just come off of forbidden reach which has literally the same gameplay loop. After I got done with the story and started doing the map I got a massive deja-vu moment, like wait a minute I’ve already done all of it.
What do you mean with “solo farm”? You can basically hunt the new rares on your own - there will always be others around fighting them with you, but you don’t need to group up. You get blue gear from them as well as those shard fragments that allow you to upgrade the gear quite a lot. The rares also show up on your minimap shortly before the actually spawn, so players have time to get there and join the fight.
I don’t really like the aesthetics of the new zone. It reminds me of The Maw and all the ugly parts of Shadowlands. I want blue skies, water, trees, etc.
Well, I have only done the very few first quests, so not sure when it wears off. I had black/brown particles floating around my character during the debuff. Tooltip said something about too many hostiles to be able to fly, but Sabellian/Wrathion told me to take care of the hostiles on the ground anyways, while they flew ahead. Hope I didn’t spoil that for anyone, but I am maybe 5 quests into the cave, if not less.
I barely even started Forbidden Reach actually, and completely missed that we had world content out this week. Saw it here on the forums yesterday!
This has to do with me not being intetested in repetative content(just did main quests on forbidden reach, so never kept going there), and that my life irl is going very fast forward atm, so latter nothing to do with the game. Just me being occupied irl!
Surprisingly I do like the zone so far. My only complaint is that the ceilings are too low for dragon flying and far too many obstacles in the way. Yes it is a repeat of forbidden reach and could have had a bit more game play. A mage tower type incorporating the laboratory maybe or something like that. The digging puzzles seem fun but I fear they will get old fast.
I absolutely agree. There were such character, who were minorly annoying in the past, but i havent really got upset over an NPC in a game.
But this character has done it all… When blizzard was designed him, im sure the whole intent was to create that " Oh Ma Gawd" karenistic vibes into that NPC… which is indeed punchable
Actually I agree with this one. I keep flying over his quests and having to endure his multi-sentence introductions. I will probably do them as priority just to shut him up for the rest of the week.
oh you guys are like viruses. we don’t care about classic it’s done and we left it in 2000s , 20 years past , we want new stuff not the old 2d mixed textures, bye
