Blizzard, Why is the Ticket Response Time So Long?

Hello Blizzard,
I opened a ticket regarding a payment issue around 4 days ago, but I still have not received a response. I have never encountered such a slow ticket response system before. Additionally, when I tried to resolve the issue through an automated system, I received an “error” message due to a malfunction.
It is unacceptable for customer service to take this long to respond. A service like this should be able to address player issues more promptly and effectively. Encountering such errors and delays negatively impacts the user experience and damages trust.
I am requesting a resolution to this issue and am hoping for a quicker response from Blizzard in order to protect the rights of all players.

Several business days isn’t so long yet, in the past I encountered waiting times as long as several weeks up to a month when they didn’t had these self help automated systems before.

Granted it appears to be broken for whatever issue you tried to self-resolve though.

You’ll have to keep waiting in line for a CS agent to review your issue, I hope they’ll answer you soon!

Receiving the same templated response for many similar questions is common to reduce waiting times.

If this is so, why is he waiting several days? The queue would be instanteous.

You were warned by GM’s for repeatedly opening answered tickets about subjects you’ve inquired previously about, such as attempting to submit feedback about the game et al.

Which is different than this player opening a single ticket about a refund request.

Please do not hijack other player’s threads in an attempt to misinform them when your opinion is different than the actual facts.
