So my sub expired yesterday, I then re-subbed with my pay pal and everything was ok. Still, day after, they didn’t put my subscription (cant play my chars) now my pay pal is blocked and I even cant pay with my master card.
Of course customer service doesn’t exist here… So people wont even do jobs for money you’re giving them (actually begging them to take it) no response… Good job Blizzard! Today you just lost one player.
Usually means that something went wrong with the payment and then the order has been cancelled. You can review your orders here:
https://account.battle.net/transactions
I think for subscriptions you need to give authorisation if it doesn’t go through paypal.
You can retry again by buying 60 days of gametime here:
Which usually works for people who have sub issues with their cards. Otherwise you may have to contact Support through ticket if you haven’t yet and figure out what’s wrong and wait for an answer.
I contacted, nobody answering. It should have priorities with customer support. It is not some kind of transmog problem it is a problem with payment… and nobody answers after one day?
Because you’re going to get a good response by insulting and shouting at them. That always works.
Billing and payment issues won’t be discussed over the forums because of privacy laws.
They will only discuss them via ticket, and sadly the ticket queues are extremely long right now due to the pending release of Dragonflight.
So I have to beg them to take my money? lol So I can play their game? Before you even had live chat with customer service… now not even one response… So instead of putting every day more “icy” profile picture on facebook you can maybe let me play the game
The problem is…
Everyone else also wants to speak to a GM.
Not just you, and there are only a finite number of GM’s.
Thats the whole concept of a queue.
As Saneko said, buying GameTime instead of a Subscription often works where Subscriptions fail.
A bit more possibly relevant information… Not all credit or debit card issuing authorities permit their cards to be used for an ongoing ‘subscription’ service, due to the new “Strong authentication” requirements imposed by the EU. Which means you need to personally approve each payment made with one of their cards.
As Trovlak said, the queues are very long and you need to wait for your ticket to reach the top of the queue. Also I’m sure you realise this but the people running the social media sites aren’t the same people who check payments.
While you’re waiting for a reply, follow Saneko’s advice and buy gametime.
It could also be you are in a country that isn’t allowed to add a subscription, like one with sanctions against it.
