Blizzard wont replace lost gold or items

So as it says in the title,account got compromised took 15 tickets and countless different gms to get my account back,only to be told after nearly 12 days 'the generic response’im sorry its not want you want to hear…,where is the common sense when it comes to long term players say 15+ years of playing this game with over 1000 days playtime on 1 char alone,with no previous account problems,if the account is not the same as when you left it ,its not the same then IS IT ,if items and alot of gold is gone,this is absolutly the wrong way to treat loyal players or any players for that matter in this game,this policy is a joke.no wonder people leave,if you had a bank account theft would the bank say dont worry about it move on,no they woudn’t same situation different scenario.total nonsense.

No not so far,got a reply from a gm saying wish i could help but nothing i can do,to which i replied ,im not letting this go which i wont,this is principle and i can back up everythinig ive sent in these tickets,its not my account if ITS not back to how it was before this incident,should be back to how i left it,i know they can do this they are choosing not to ,there is a difference,currently waiting for another reply.
