I (or at least my warlock that has been my most active char lately in Retail) am seeing this as well, mostly when zoning.
A matching bug report from the US forums seems to be
were they talk about visiting “the new crafting order vendors” (whatever that means, I haven’t bought Dragonflight) to solve it.
Please advise on a good way to fix this issue.
Look for receipes you are tracking in the “Quest-Overview” module.
Search for the Item you are tracking at the work-/craft-order guy and uncheck the tracking or list item checkbox for all the items you’re tracking:
