Blizzcon and Spritedarter sets removed from my account

as above mentioned those 2 sets are gone, also the 3 transmog helmets the transmog toy etc… Seems bought mounts are still there thou…

Yes i´ve rebooted the computer, kicked the cat, deleted WTF folders and drowned the router…

Just give it back please or ill go support Sylvanas

I have the same issue, only noticed it as 2 of my alts use either the one helmet or the sprite darter set. a day or so ago the one cow still had her cute sprite darter wings made a ticket now.

It’s a known issue at the moment with various sets. There is a newer post on it rather than this 4 month old one.

Hey Morìs, We’ve received multiple reports of this issue and are currently investigating it further. For some of these cases the issue is intermittent and we suspect interference from addons and interface settings, so I’d recommend you try our troubleshooting steps as listed here.

Whilst you can leave your ticket open, you will just receive the same advice, so personally I would close it, but up to you of course.

Thank you for your super speedy reply Shammoz! Sorry, I was so upset to see my cow without her cute wings that I stressed out! I made another post somewhere - still in stress mode - (you should see my cow without her wings and you would agree to be stressed!!) - but as to your advice, I will close the ticket have a nice day and keep up the good work

Just heads up … all tmog items are suddenly back in the appearance tab! So my cow can have her wings again, and no, not anywhere near as ugly as the picture Shammoz posted here
