Blizzcon Ticket Transmog issue

I just bought the Blizzcon 2019 ticket and when I logged in, I got the 2 pets but haven’t gotten the transmog, this was a while ago now, I keep waiting and relogging and I still don’t have it. What can I do about this?

Hello Dranaio,

Have you checked in your transmog wardrobe? I just checked and I got mine directly added to it. Try and search for “Wendigo woolies” in your wardrobe.

Yup, I searched where I could, a friend of mine got the ticket too and they have the transmog in their appearance tab and in their sets tab, for some reason I don’t

Hey Dranaio,

It looks like it should be added, but can you double check your filters within the wardrobe (at the top right)? It might be worth disabling and enabling the “check all” filters to ensure you are showing all of the available ones!

I just thorougly checked my tab and found nothing, I unchecked and re-cheched everything. This is what the top of my wardrobe looks like:

Same problem here, cannot find the transmog in-game on any of my characters!

I’ve searched in every tab multiple times and I can’t find anything, I understand that the items are said to be on my account and usable but they’re not there in my UI. I logged onto my friend’s computer to check if it was an issue with my client but it wasn’t there either.

I’m not sure how I can prove this but I have 3 screenshots of me searching for the items in 3 different tabs.

Alright, in this case your delivery of the transmog items might be delayed. Like I said, I can see them in your wardrobe already, it might be just a matter of time. Please wait until tomorrow after maintenance.
