Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I’m giving it a shot.
I just recently blocked someone on my friends list on my Battlenet client. Does that mean they can still see my characters in-game?

If they have your characters added ingame WoW yes. If not, no.
Though if you block any of his characters ingame they will not be able to contact you either should he attempt it.
Unless something changed from how I remembered it.

If they stumble upon you in-game, they can still see you within the game.
