Apparently BDK in solo shuffle or RBGs are doing 50% of his Healthbar (his total health) per second. This would, in his case, be more than what DPS do to him. Then it is a lot of words to get the feelings across; he is frustrated.
Then he repeats to stress his point in an emotional manner.

All dps classes cant hit 50% of hp in arena in one second - its absurd
On a more serious note Is this the char in question and is the gear in the arsenal current?
Because I see an < 600 ilvl mix of Pve and PvP gear with a base life of 4,8 m, and so it ´s not totally surprising that a BDK in likely full elite gear was able to roflstomp you… Without wanting to overestimate my own skills in PvP, I can burst in excess of 3,5 mill DpS and could likely melt you just as fast given the chance… so a bdk doing half that isn’t necessarily a huge surprise.
I can understand how it might feel bad, though…
