Blood dk sorry state

I hate that my ret doe 100% more dmg and has more survivality with same gear. cant do pvp as blood either and delves have proven a lot more slow and difficult as blood with same gear, didnt they say all class/specs were viable.
I hope it will get better later on as it gear up but I have my doubts.

Idk what youre on about bud,playing bdk and im crushing it,always top overall dps in m0’s and managed to get both the title for level 11 solo and the mount from Zekvir.
But hey,wont say no to more buffs :joy:

I breezed through Tier 8 Delve at sub iLevel 570 - what is the issue you are experiencing?

Blood might genuinely be the best solo class for delves. It’s time to stop licking the weeping ore deposits

I’m having no issue whatsoever soloing delves as blood. In fact it’s my default, I set Brann as dps and just blast through them.

Are there some annoyances? Of course there are, spec feels a bit bloated currently, and personally I find that tombstone and bone storm feel strange (and look absolutely terrible in terms of visuals).

I dont like bone shield.
i dont like death and decay spam, have to have two buttons one macro to drop at at my feet, and one free targeting one.
i dont like the coagulapothy or whatever the name the talent is, i like the idea of superboosting blood plague to tick for big damage, but then they nerfed the consumption ability from 100% ro 30% faster ticking of bloodplague, giving me hope then taking it away to hate how you cant play blood without constnatly worrying about dropping the 6 second duration buff to boost blood plague damage.
it doesent help that warrior bleed dots do MORE damage baseline than blood plague, and in some cases even more damage total when you stack rend, deep wounds and dragon roar on protection…and heal them aswell is they want too!
It is clear thatn San’layn was made with blood in mind, as i see it as the “canon” hero spec for blood, in the same way that deathbringer is “canon” for frost, or horseman of the apocalypse is “canon” for unholy.

but it’s the hero spec that is the jankiest and poorly designed, with to be honest fits with bloods entire design after legion, as i used to say, they took the artifact weapon away and gave nothing back.

As a healer I don’t like that blood DK’s HP jumps between 1-100% 3 times per second. I don’t like that even though I land 0.1 seconds behind them in Dawnbreaker they’re already almost dead. I don’t like that I have to basically spamheal them and let everyone else die on bigger pulls.

I know I’m supposed to watch their runic power instead of HP but sometimes they just die within a GCD. In higher keys they’re a huge pain in the butt.

I can only observe and estimate that Blood right now has one of the lowest HP pools of the tanks in roughly the same ilvl gear. Without gargoyle enchant and the boost from Foul Bulwalk. There is roughly anywhere from 250k to 1mill+ more Hp on Bears, Warriors and VDH (Not really got to see monk and prot pally yet). They will also likely have a tone more armour value to them even when we have five stacks of boneshield. For me M+ I would say it is rough, 5+ mob pulls will nearly always pop off Blood Draw, before things settle in. The heavy yoyo two three four shotting starts happening after +4’s for sure.

My two cents are;

BDK probably is fine fully geared, but gearing it freaking sucks. Warrior just need a shield, and it can do all the way up to 10. BDK meet two tactican mobs and they tear you a new one with strikes at a 7.

Maybe it is fun to play topend - but after the ‘change’ (it was a huge nerf), I am not having fun. I am just sitting here wondering why I would play BDK. The minmax healthbar gameplay is gone. I feel squishy. Only I got going for me is that I know I can do the content, if the healer can keep up.

It feels dull. I yawn. Game feels like it is trying to force me to play slower, kiting and just having a bad time.
