Not sure why they buff damage than every single m+ I run healer cry why you take so much damage…
Yeah just did a +9 and my hp is spiking all over the place and even with a good healer having to go crazy on self healing just to stay alive on mobs.
Tanks are paper in SL and Blood DK really needs its 15% armor nerf reversed from BFA as well as someone to take a look at bone stacks.
Bone Stacks are dropping way way way too fast compared to before.
Blood DK’s are basically paper right now.
As a healer I totally agree. I try and learn about the tanks so I know what to expect to heal. DK tanks self healing is amazing but watching the health bar going from 10% - 100% back and forth is torture. If not buffing armour.
A blood shield mechanic perhaps that pads out dmg taken a bit like Monk stagger would help. That being said, other specs are more broken
unfortinately blood shield is and outdated mastery, has been pointless for the last 2 expantions and still continues to be.
in BFA we lost 15% armor bonus for blood, returning this back but this time to boneshield efect would help alot.
also buffing gargoyle runeforge would help and make it actualy usefull

Nope thats not a solution. Rerolling should be never a solution. I want to play the class which is the most fun for me.
The solution is a balanced class design based on the class itself and not 132 new Systems every Xpac, just to drop the old ones that we had.
So while this is obviously never gonna happen, the final solution is to quit the game again and see if there is a change in 1-2 years and maybe comeback for 2 months to see nothing changed again

Considering there are 6 tank specs, I would say that is pretty bad.
we are DK’s, the most hated and neglected class in this game, others cant hold a candle to our suffering
I am wincing the entire time when I’m tanking as blood. It’s so stressful watching you HP going back and forth seemingly at random and blowing all your cooldowns, hoping healer doesn’t so much as sneeze because that’s all that’s needed for me to drop dead.

They should give blood DK the same mechanics as tank and pala with shield but then without shield. Revamp bone thingy or somethng to be permanent and act as virtual shield. My prot pala not at 60 yet but I feel that the dmg it greceives is just way lower then it was on my dk as blood. Only thing i can think of is that block chance is just to good.

I personally found Abomination Limb to be solid for big pulls, since the bone shield charges it gives makes me able to pool more RP via Heartstrike, rather than wasting the runes on Marrowrend. I know that Swarming Mists is a lot better, but still. Perhaps making Abomination Limb AoE work like Swarming Mists would help with its usefulness? I see no reason why it is capped at 5 targets.
And yes, reverting the armor nerf should definitely help considerably with smoothing out the damage intake somewhat. I know we are meant to take more damage and then heal it back up, but that does not mean our armor should be paper-thin.

Trying to find a group as a tank in M+ at the moment.
After 40 Minutes of constant “declined” i give up the search and play something else i guess… So i will do after my sub ends mid January.

Not only we know that we have the worst tank spec, the other players knows our weakness too right now.
we can often handle the declines, the abuse and exploitaton of others…but not when people with voices say that things are fine, backstabs hurt.
Even whit 21% versa and me going hard whit the timing on rune tap and death strike i stil get gun down,
Damn Blizzard are pissy about blood dk and frost dk in general i was able to tank TOP +8 but hell when i went +9 Sanguine Depths i weren’t able to take the hits,
not only are Tyrannical this week aids but so is Storming wtf was Blizzard thinking
there is a huge diffrence in skill i assume… xD
