Lore: some Blood elves started learning Druidism from Horde allies in the hopes of reviving lost lands like the dead scar in Eversong woods. in lore, Farstriders are very very near with nature. so its not “impossible” to be Druids if they wanted to.
And lets be honest here, out of all Core Horde races, Blood elves have THE most Trees in their land (even with the dead scar)
These Blood elves are nature lovers, but not like their Night elf grandparents, they use nature to their advantage and sometimes mix it with Arcane magic.
A little info: Quel’thelas had a mother tree called “thas’alah” , the oldest Tree in eversong woods. Arthas knew the woods themselves protected Quel’thelas, so he had the scourge destroy the Tree.
Cat form: Eversong Lynx

Alliance side: Dwarf Druid
lore: Wildhammer Dwarves can actually be druids! no really!
obviously flight form is Gryphon. but i will link someone who created amazing Druid forms for the Dwarves they really look good:
Druid is one of those classes that holds so much appeal because it’s so unique and has always had a really strong class fantasy. Every race should be able to play it.
Every race should be able to play every class really unless there is some sort of physiological reason why they can’t. Taurens aerné even the biggest race in the game but they can’t be rogues?
I love your ideas for Druid forms for Blood Elf race OP. Here. Free Candy. (I play mostly as Blood Elves in game but i have this goblin as my main on forums. :D)
There really isn’t any good lore or story reason any race should be excluded from a class.
For example Shamans. After all these years, all we have gone through, why do the elements not see Humans as worthy of their powers?
I used to like the idea of race classes, but these days it just seems like an annoying arbitrary restriction.
Down for that. Lore-wise, blood elves are capable of being druids and have a history of druidism in the Farstriders, and we’ve seen they’ll do what’s necessary for their survival. I’m surprised they haven’t explored the return to druidism route in regards to the Dead Scar etc; a sect of the Farstriders turning to druidic nature magic perhaps.
I’d prefer it if they were sort of … bending nature to their will as opposed to completely respecting it like their night elf grandparents, lol.
Well considering there isn’t any bear in the whole eversong woods, aside from the Amani bears. “Ghostlands“ bear would just be a unique dark version of a regular bear, with creepy aesethic showcasing the Belfs dark lands in the south.
