With the option of adding body jewelry to Blood Elves, we need some kind of equipment to show it. The only nice mog that comes to mind to show the body jewelry currently in game is the “Vestments of the Shifting Sands”.
Here is an example of how nice the jewelry works on a skimpy dress from the Shadowlands Alpha dressing room on wowhead:
The problem of the available sets is the low resolution and the low amount of existing options.
Please consider giving the players more options of armor to combine with the body jewelry. It would be sad, if it was only visible with no armor on at all.
As an alternative, with less work involved, I want to suggest simply reworking and increasing the resolution of existing classic mogs as this would be much less effort.
If they’re adding body jewellery, it would be great for them to add mogs which show at least some of it. You shouldn’t have to hide chest and run around in your underwear in order to show off body jewellery or tattoos!
Shorter skirts would also give interesting options, if you think about it why would our characters run round fighting in long skirts/dresses? It would restrict movement and make it difficult to run/fight, I would love some shorter skirts for characters. And seasonal mogs, I want them all year round, why farm something I can only wear a couple of weeks a year?
So many things I want, if I listed everything this would be a very long post
I vote to update the old armour sets, nor just the sexy ones but in general. I love the old mogs but I don’t wear them most of the time because of their low quality.
The cloth high boots go over the pants, same with the leather ones, but they get distorted by some pant models. Also the leather ones are hideously low rez
I’d love an update for the older texture, but I fear it would require a massive amount of resources rendering the fix totally unfeasible…
Which is why I occasionally wonder if Blizzard would be willing to crowdsource that kind of work…
I mean, I am very sure that many skilled players would be willing to give Blizz a hand fix the old stuff in exchange for a game perk such as a toy, a shirt or a special companion pet.
But that would require a specific place for assets to be distributed and collected, and someone checking and choosing the submissions (although I guess even this part could be voted by the community) and in the end that still sums up as a lot of work.
