I mean, it’s not a big thing, but it also kinda is: the wings of the female blood elf DH seem to sprout from their neck/head instead of the back, no idea when this broke, or maybe it was like this all along…

Another visual bug with the DH is with the 20th anniversary set, the boots are using the bulky/deformed vanilla feet instead of the wod models.
