Couple of bosses do not reset CDs and BL debuf when you wipe, please fix.

Not only do you now have Hero reset, but you also don’t have bigger cooldowns up on a reset or wipe 
We had to wait up to 3 minutes for our cooldowns before we could pull again because they wouldn’t reset at all so it’s really hard to get any proper progress when you have to wait for hero and cooldowns
A fast fix is desperately needed.
Ahh… that’s the time to make a cup of tea while you wait.
Apparently this bug is only present for alliance >.>
