Blood magic caster spec design - warlock or mage

Hi guys!
I want to work on a fan-made blood magic caster spec for Warlock or mage.

I’m currently thinking about which class could fit this spec and would like to hear your thoughts please leave a comment below - i read all of them .

Raid loot system (something like Valor and conquest but for raids).

Fits warlock more. Or perhaps a necromancer.

necromancer seems like a great idea!

Maybe ill design that after im done with Earth Shaman and the Raid loot.

Necromancer is brought up every month or so, an I say the same everytime it does. Necromancer is not a good spec/class. We already have UH DK, and Demonology Warlock, if you want a Necromancer go play either of them

I’ve acutely avoided Necromancer for quite a lot of time because it felt like some sort of DK/Warlock thing.
I want to design some sort of a blood Magic spellcaster and just cant find the proper class for it.

Im also doing a research about tank specs from 3.3.5 --> 8.3 to design the Shaman tank spec and just want something else to work on while reading about Tank’s history.
