Blood Moon event: impossible to aquire coins now?

I’m on Wild Growth EU (PvE), and Blood Moon is more than dead. There isn’t a single soul doing it anymore. How can I aquire measly 5 silver coins (have 10 unspent from phase 3) so I can get the level 50 trinket which is still great for level 60 holy paladins? Killing mobs during the event doesn’t yield a single blood anymore, so I can’t even farm mobs during the 30 min the event is up

Only mobs that are green to you give blood. So you need to kill level 48+ mobs for it. I’ve tried jaguero island which is faster than farming zul’gurub entrance. You get 150-200 coins per event.
