How are some tanks able to have this as top heal while other I level with in dungeons has it way low on their heal meter?
If a BDK has Blood Boil as top heal he’s doing something wrong, or rather, he isn’t doing anything right lol.
There are some talents (Rapid Descomposition and Coagulopathy) that increase Blood Boil damage done by 150%, leech done by 50%, and the speed at which ticks, combine that with new players no pressing the button enough and voilà.
