Blood trolls have some of the coolest aesthetics in all of trollhood. It would be too sweet if they became available in the barber shop. Also, we need a chiropractor to fix that Ion posture.

Dear, a few Blood Trolls are not even in to top three bad guys you could end up in a team wen you are in the Horde 
Fair point. But the I guess that has all been established through out the games long long history.
All we know about Blood Trolls is that they broke off from the Zandalari and started summoning Ghuun some evil Old-God Void Monsters…

I mean…. You are playing a Darkfallen (undead elf) Mage.
And we all know that a recent Darkfallen character (Sylvanas) and some of her Darkfallen loyalists did a big genocide on on the night elves, gilneans, and others.
The closest thing you can to create a blood troll is to create a Darkspear deathknight, preferably with blood spec.
Choose the white skin that comes with the deathknight, and choose the red tattoos.

The only problem was the misjustice they did to the storyline by aligning Sylvannas with the Jailer, rather than turning the Battle for Azeroth, into an Azerothian World War. That would have been great fun!
I enjoyed being on Sylvannas’s side. Therefore I’m not being a bad guy.
Judging by the fact that people have been asking for Forrest trolls for a long time (since the Revantusk are allied with the horde since Burning crusade) I wouldn’t hold my breathe.
Not saying it won’t happen, but the chance of it happening are slim.

And blood trolls are just covered in ash with blood, which I know and believe is practiced by the Darkspear trolls as well.
So why not just add those options as body marks/tattoos?

No, I’ve not played alot of troll tbh (despite what I’m being called in another thread :D) . I enjoy Lore, but I don’t really read into it that deeply. Main storylines are more than enough.
But I did see some Datamine about Blood Troll transmogs, so you never know, something might be coming your way.
Grimtotem led by Magatha are against the horde and still attack, according to Zekhan after the fourth war.
The Grimtotem led by Jevan (a quarter of the grimtotem population) are loyal to the horde.
Hence the customizations being available.
Darkspear trolls do practice cannibalism, thus in the recent lore they mentioned they no longer practice it.
There is also another Tauren of the Grimtotem tribe with name Torkhan in the Orgrimmar.
Really wanting those white/blue/red full face warpaints…
A new troll model, that looks like a mix between orc and human, would be beyond badass 
(I know zandalari tho, but I don’t really like their customization)
