So today I decided to do the rep grind for the Bloodsail admiral title and the nice looking pirate cloth set. I followed a guide where it told me to get to the phase in booty bay when it’s under attack by the bloodsails. After that you’re supposed to be grinding mobs and kill Booty Bay Bruisers for Rep. However, I’m currently in that phase but it will only let me kill the bloodsail pirates and not the booty bay people? Anyone know if Blizzard has hotfixed so that you can’t kill them anymore or if it’s a bug? If it’s a bug, are there any solutions to it?

EDIT: In the guide it also said that I was supposed to “set at war with the booty bay”. How do I set to war?
