Just saying. Completely useless talent. You lose 1 minute CD LoH+Rallying Cry for 12 seconds of haste that you’re going to be spam cc’ed for the entire duration because Mes’ weakaura is going to scream at everybody that it’s acitve.
Blizzard can safely remove that talent with the next balance patch and try to come up with something actually useful instead.
unfortunately it is an absolutely useless and decidedly poorly designed talent, it does not benefit from any healthstone talent and not having a CD makes it practically useless in the arena (unless you have shadowmeld) and the trade off is too great given that you lose the healthstone completely. They took away important pvp talents from the class, I would have at least expected them to have introduced an interesting and useful one.
It would have been interesting if they had reintroduced the old firestone as a PvP talent, which applied to the weapon and increased the base haste or increased it via proc, but the loss of healthstone is too much
makes you wonder what was the point of deleting obelisk if they were going to replace it with an even worse version lmao

exactly, this is a “talent” that in these conditions could be in its very first iteration of an alpha. Totally incomprehensible how it was put live like this, after having removed very useful pvp talents like fel obelisk and observer.
Another incomprehensible choice is the fact that they buff the pvp talent bound of fel every time, without understanding or wanting to understand that players don’t take it because it’s not good
