I just completed the campaign and so unlocked world quests. I don’t see the quest for 1000 bloody tokens and I don’t see any world quests for them either. Why not? Do I need to do the ‘complete 10 world quests’ quest to unlock or what?
bloody tokens as in the currency? If these are what you are asking about at level 50 I’ve been getting 50 bloody tokens a war supply cache from the BFA ones
Ive got the same post all over these forums my friend . I am trying to figuire it out myself too !!! I just DO NOT SEE the quest from that NPC dwarf !!! Pls help … before reset 
Given that you’re level 79, I’m guessing it may need to be unlocked; perhaps by doing the ‘complete 10 world quests’ quest I mentioend and being level 80 and/or perhaps doing something/s else, but not sure. Will let you know if I find out somewhere over the rainbow and God permitting.
Yeah I just finished the ‘complete 10 world quests’ quest that you get near Brann (just south) in Dornegal from some female. Then the 1000 bloody tokens quest showed up from the guy with the PvP quests in South West Dornegal. Might have been available before I completed this quest but I don’t think so.
I’ve located the quest you’re mentioning and the female NPC , however there is no quest available to pick from her … Thanks for the update tho
I think you need to be level 80 and to have finished the campaign before the quest appears.
No, the spark quest will not be offered from the NPC unless you are in warmode. The issue is you’re not in warmode.
I’m not sure about this. I thought I might have got the quest before I had war mode turned on, because I also remember asking in trade chat why I wasn’t seeing any PvP world quests, as I think at the time I was thinking they were the only way to get sparks. I could be wrong, but I feel like this might have been what happened.
