Iirc, they said that 10.1 is also gonna continue the story of the Blue Dragonflight. And there’s nothing about it, literally nothing. Even now when the story of 10.1 is pretty much done, yes there’s one chapter left but it’ll obviously be like the final chapters of 9.1 and 9.2:

Like a few quests long epilogue chapter where Wrathion and Sabellian are like: “Cool Sarkareth was defeated, he fell to corruption that’s bad, we must not allow our flight to fall to corruption again, we’ll both have to lead and become the new aspect together, let us report to Alexstrasza together.”, and Alexstrasza will be like: “Good that black dragonflgith is strong and with us again, the tree will soon come out of the dream and will need all the protection it can get”, than the 20s long datamined cinematic plays out, hinting at 10.2

So the only explanation I can think of is that that the Blue Dragonflight story comes out with 10.1.7 when there’s a major feature called “Story and Quests”.
