Well not yet. No red eyes. Therefore I can’t yet play my fantasy of being an elf traffic light.

I still don’t understand. Why though? Why blue eyes? Doesn’t make sense storywise. Blood elves of silvermoon are horde. not blue eyed high elves.

I like the different coloured eyes (different left & right).
Nothing against the skin tones, but personally I like elves being fair and pale, it’s the traditional elf to me.
Don’t really like the DK elf eyes though.

There is like 500 threads with nelf tears, guess those dont bother you? 
It makes perfect sense since the elves draw magic from sun well which is now powered by light and arcane magic,and those magics tend to reflect in the eyes,blue option should have been there long ago.
Is that the best possible triggered nelf forum warrior insult?

the sunwell turns their eyes golden. not blue. After being purified by the light, sunwell no longer is a pure arcane source of magic like it used to.
So having green eyes, since they used fel corrupted sources, or golden because they’ve been using sunwell and eventually the corruption disappearing makes sense.
Blue still doesn’t.
Isn’t arcane magic purple?
All my arcane spells are purple. 
They’re DK eyes.
I don’t like them, personally.

The Sunwell shone once again, now a fount of both arcane power and Holy Light.

That second part.
Both arcane power and holy light. The light changed the effect of the sunwell on elves. Fel makes their eyes green. pure arcane makes it blue. and light+arcane makes it gold. Sunwell doesn’t make rainbow eye colors on random dude.
It turned their eyes golden. And that’s what’s shown and stated in the lore.
Suddenly saying since sunwell is also part arcane, they can change into blue as well, is like saying fell corrupted arcane magic has the same chance of turning elf eyes blue or green.

Some blood elves must’ve worn an eyepatch since they can have one golden eye and one green eye with the new customizations. 
Wait, weren’t there some blue-eyed belves in Silvermoon all along?

I guess this is how lore is brutally tortured and killed.
But at least one green eye and one gold eye still could potentially make sense.

No. They’re mostly seen in random remote areas, or dalaran. Silvermoon is filled with green eyed elves.
It wasn’t arcane and fel when it was corrupted it was just fel that’s what left the elves starving.

Who made you the authority of what colour the well can reflect now,there are too sources and there should be 2 colours.
The are so sprinkling some high elves allied with the alliance around… Again…
