I recently had my Blue Silken Lining recrafted from the ring slot to my Boots, and I noticed that it’s only giving me 220 Mastery, as opposed to 243 that it was giving on ring. For a bit I though that I remembered it wrong and it was 220 all along. Today I saw someone with a ring and it said 243 on his as well.
Is this normal? Does it matter on which slot I have the embellishment on? Both of these items in discussion are ilvl 418. I read somewhere that 220 is a value that should be on a 405 ilvl item?
I also check the numbers and it’s not just the tooltip, it is indeed 220.
Would recrafting help?
