My Celestial Observer Garb effect has this constant blue square underneath it. I’ve turned graphics down to 1 and it does not remove the effect.
I did just replace my gcard but I updated all the drivers and it should have no issues (It’s a AMD Radeon 7900 XTX). Anyone else seeing this or have a fix?

Hmm could be this. I don’t have the black box issue though. Could be related though. I’m on Windows 11 so don’t think it’s OS specific and some black box reporters on US forum have graphic cards and systems equivalent to mine.
