“Blurry When Raiding” - are recruiting some additional members for Heroic raiding - and also active M+ players in general. Getting AotC every tier is our main priority, and we always do.
We do prefer to focus on Heroic raids, in large part to avoid the roster management and benching/rotation issues that inevitably follow Mythic raiding. Some tiers we do dip into the first bosses in Mythic afterwards if enough people so desire, but its not a given.
If this sounds interesting, and you enjoy raiding in a mature environment, with plenty of banter and fun – yet able to focus when needed, then we’d like to hear from you. Also open to active Social members if you are adult, potty-trained and relatively well-behaved at least some of the time 
Raid days: Thursday, 20:30-23.00 and Sunday, 20.00-22.30 (+ fully optional alt/fun run most Fridays)
Current recruitment:
- Tanks: Full (open to M+ players)
- Melee: Preferraby DH, warrior and rogue (open to M+ players)
- Ranged: Preferrably mage, evoker, shaman and priest (open to M+ players)
- Healers: Limited (1) - pref paladin or priest (open to M+ players)
A bit more about us:
We provide guild repairs, feasts, flasks and potion cauldrons for all the main raids.
Please note we are strictly 18+. Most of our players are ages 30-45 with work, house, kids, partner aggro - and we value and protect an adult and drama-free setting. Being low-maintenance is a virtue we rate highly.
As far as guild structure goes, we want to keep it very flat, and try to involve everyone in important decisions. Most major decisions are made by majority vote, and officers don’t have any relevant special perks or privileges.
Background:
The guild was founded during Mists of Pandaria, and the majority of officers and a core group of raiders have stuck together since. The majority of our raiders have been around at least since Dragonflight. Horde guild on Draenor realm if that still matters to you - but we have a good mix of Alliance and Horde players from multiple servers.
What do we look for:
Experienced raiders, that know how to maximize their characters, and show up prepared for raids. You need to have a working headset and michrophone, and must be able to join Discord voice chat.
We want you that are eager to join and mesh with our current member group, and willing to share any knowledge and strengths you have. Just be polite and friendly – that’s usually all it takes
