Hi there, I have been experiancing a connection issue where i cannot retrieve realm lists while my laptop is conneced to A/C adapter
The error code i receive is BLZ51901016, i have spent some time on the forums and tried the following fixes:
-OS and drivers are up to date
-Reset user interface
-Reset network devices
-Freed up system resources by running the game with no other applications in the background
I have also been in touch with blizzard via support ticked and removed all suggested conflicting apps to no avail.

The suggestion other posters came with was:
You appear to have the wrong charger for your laptop,you will need another one of the same voltage but higher current (Amps).
It’s possible that you’re drawing more power than the charger can supply and it’s tripping some internal breaker/overload interrupter within the charger, which is in my opinion a failure of design.
