Hello I’m a coming back player, Last time I played was during legion.
I have not subsribed for now, as I want to fix this before doing so.

Now I have redownloaded battlenet and wow, The problems started with battlenet -
I was stuck offline when connectiong to EU (battlenet). - LZBNTBGS80000011 (1002)
I fixed this by connecting to US (battlenet).
Now I have another problem, whenever I try to login WOW1/2 - EU (with US connected battlenet) I get BLZ51901016.
When I try to log in from EU battlenet(that is offline) I still get the same BLZ51901016

Strangly enough I can login US realms and play without a problem. (but my characters are on EU realms)

What I have tried the past 2 days:
1.uninstalling and reinstalling battlenet.
2.flushing IPs.
3.uninstalling and reinstalling wow.
4.deleting battlenet stuff from roaming/local/program data.
5.stoping my anti-virus program (NOD32) and even stoping my firewall
6.Deleting wow chace and WTF.
7.Changing my password.

EDIT:I’m from EU-Bulgaria (near Serbia) if that matters, I just noticed another Tech support topic and decided to add this. I will download PROTONVPN and try with it, gonna edit again if it works. Hopefully this helps people.

EDIT:EDIT: I tried a VPN too that didn’t help… I also tried to login with another acc (a new acc) that didn’t help too.

Can somebody help me with this problem ?

Hey Anderen,

As you mentioned, we are aware of some connection issues with some ISP’s in your area. The error you mentioned, can sometimes indicate a trouble with your hardware as well though. Can you double check that you do meet the current minimum system requirements?

Hello thank you for answering, I cover the system requirements (i can even play the game without a problem but on the US servers without lag).
I will list my PC specs just in case:
Windows 7 64bit
CPU:i7-6700
GPU:GTX 1050ti (updated drivers)
RAM:16gb
HDD: 4TB 7200rpm 124 cache

I guess I will wait, as it’s most likely an ISP problem.

EDIT:
Hey, firstly sorry for the spam, but i have narrowed down the problem (somehow).

I tryed to login my acc on my wife laptop (that is older and weaker than my PC) and I managed to log into EU and my acc in wow. We use the same network.

This means that the problem is in my PC probably my PC connection. Any suggestions ?
