Hi,
Ive been trying to install battle.net on my new PC and ive managed to install it fine however, whenever I have tried to log in I would get the could not log you in error BLZBNTBNA00000A8E I have done everything that the technical assistance page has told me to do such as uninstall and reinstall, and also creating a new administrations account, I have also restared my router, waited for the next day incase it was something on blizzards end i have also used the cog to change the reigons but still nothing has worked and im running out of options.
I really wanna play wow again and its upsetting that it seems that its going to be very unlikely at this point

It indicates that the problem is at the Blizzard end of things, not with your software / hardware.
You need to raise a ticket with Blizzard. Be sure to mention the exact error you’re getting and outline what you’ve done so far. If you don’t get anywhere, push back and link to the article I’ve linked here for you.
