Bm hunter 9.2 tier set no AoE?

Just some feedback on BM hunter tier set 9.2.

Bm hunter is one of the only tier set there not giving anything in AOE dmg.

I have 3 different solutions:

1. Let kill command work into beastcleave
2. 4-set also let cobra shot hit nearby enemys for around maybe 50% dmg
3. 4-set also buff next multishot + beast cleave

would be nice to have, but it should be clear by now, BM is not a spec that is taken seriouse by blizzard sadly.

I switch covenant so many time But i keep going back to NF because of the abilty
