BM hunter desperately needs a BUFF

And what would a hunter learn from that? How can it ever be a tutorial class if it won’t allow the player to learn from mistakes? That’s what makes hunter so hard to play well with.

Hunter isn’t hard to play well.

Arguably no class is but lets stay relative here

No, you can play terrible as a hunter, and be mediocre. Just like any ranged class.

I take it you never trap weaved in melee, while managing your pet, avoiding fire, and also maintaintaning minimum ranged distance to push it to the upper levels.

Though I fully agree on TBC beast masters, that was just an obvious mistake that should never happened.

The only current class that actively punishes you for being a failure is feral druids.

Is the troll guy are saying that you don’t need any skill to perform as a Hunter ?

This troll never tried to do 98-100 perf dps/ilvl for sure.

No, the troll guy is crying that he wants to play BM, but it’s trash til Cataclysm.

This troll never tried reading. Tutorial class doesn’t mean “easy to 100% master”, it means easy to play at a decent level with minimal/zero repercussions for being bad.

1168 dollars, monkeynuts.

Thats not what a tutorial means tho. Nice to just create your own definitions.

Hopefully i ignored this troll by months, and he still trying to answer on my posts
Get a life

You know how the guy in your other stupid thread told you that you’re not the only person in the game? You’re also not the only person on this board.

Nice to take things literally.

There “literally” isn’t a tutorial class, nor even a tutorial in the game. I refer to hunter as the tutorial class for it is the easiest class with which to learn the game.

I’m trying to have a discussion about raid performance, pve is RAIDING guys… And bunch of people argue about leveling. Yes hunter is easy to level, it doesn’t change the fact that BM needs a buff in pve. Is there anyone that understand my point of view? Or we will continue to throw arguments that on lvl 10 when hunter gets a pet he is stronger that priest in lvling process. It’s beyond hilarious.

Your discussion has died down, the only thing bumping your thread is people talking about leveling. Sad, but true, accept the positive side I guess.

BM sucks, devs don’t want to buff because you can switch to another spec you don’t like playing but is viable, end of today’s story.

Also yeah, according to devs, Beast Master was never a spec that was meant to raid so…

“While Ret is not at the top of the meters relative to other damage specs, they provide stellar raid utility across the course of the entire expansion with several key raid buffs, including Sanctified Retribution, the effect of which is only shared by Beast Mastery Hunters (another spec that is traditionally seen as a PvP spec and has lower representation in raids)” https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/en/wow/t/ret-paladin-deserves-slight-buff/1411172/458

They straight out said Beast Master is a ‘tradtional PvP spec’ (OMEGA LOL), so they don’t have to count it among the raid participation.

How it’s traditional I don’t know. The only reason why it is even viable in PvP is for the 10 seconds bestial wrath making you immune to crowd control allowing zerg, and that’s pretty much it. And that didn’t even exist in classic.

Even then survival and marksmanship are just as viable in PvP as BM is, while BM was the absolute PvE spec during TBC. But I guess it’s just their way of pre-sorting on not wanting to do anything by pretending it was never meant for raids anyway…
