Hi all,
Is it just me, or does our self healing feel lower? I don’t have the exact numbers, but I did a tier 11 delve this morning and I had trouble keeping myself up, whereas my instant vivify felt like it was doing only half of what it used to (on myself).
Wondering if you guys feel the same.
