first of all i always recommend using this. Don´t forget to check the advanced troubleshooting aswell.
So in case this didn´t help i recommend trying this step.
And if both of these steps have failed you then you might be powerless and may need to wait for Blizzard to fix this : P Are you from Serbia ?
