Hello, I gifted my friend a realm transfer and he claimed it and all but its not showing ingame to use it. Are there any delays with delivering purchases or anything else? Its never been this slow before to have something shown after buying it in the bnet shop. Kinda worried right now.
Delivery is always delayed until Blizzard get confirmation of from the bank that payment was made.
Blizzard say to allow 24hrs, if after 24hrs, things still aren’t right, then you need to contact them via ticket to have it looked into.
Quite often the bank will take your money, but not pass it on to Blizzard because you failed the “Strong Authentication Checks”, and if this is the case, your money will be returned by your bank to your account in about in 7 to 28 days.
I know about that, but I never had issues with other purchases it always instantly shown or get delivered… I guess we will wait until tomorrow then! Hopefully it shows then ^^
