To begin, I would really like to apologize for the time you took to create this ticket and let us know the inconvenience you’re having and of course for the time It took us to respond you. Regarind your concer, I truly understand the frustration you may be feeling 'cause something like this has never happened in the past.I’ve done some research and verified that we have received several reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. We as Customer Support does not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided yet. I truly apologize for any inconvenience but our developers work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue due to It has a high priority right now due to the amount of reports we’re having.
I know this is not the answer you were waiting at all due to I assume you want a quick solution right now, I understand this as a player myself, that’s why I’m totally on your side in this matter dude. However, some bugs fixs can take up to days, weeks in the worts cases. However, as I said, this have a high priority which means It will be fixed really soon, do not worry about it. We kindly ask you to be patient in this matter while our dev team find the solution please.

like others are saying i have my doubts that the items will be reverted (we can only hope), and if that is the case they really SHOULD reimburse the players that have spent gold on buying items through the AH, since it is blizz that has made a mistake, we as players shouldnt be punished for that, case this is like one above here said pretty much stealing gold.
but this GM said that they are working on a fix, and they will find a solution. well i still have my doubts but this is gonna backlash so hard if blizz actually just do nothing.
atleast give us some info on whats going on, and what they are doing in order to repair this mistake.
