Balista bow 200 k gold in AH??? I would never pay that much, by rank 5 sinful i Get almost equal power for honor, and never seen Any boes drop by now…Are those weps drops from all around SL ???
depends, boes can drop from various places like trash mobs of dungeons and raids. i got a boe mace from m+0 mists once.
sure, you wouldnt pay that price but there are always enough people with too much money out there who just want to gear up an alt or are really desperate for a new weapon since they are quite a rare drop in general.
pvp weapons are a great alternative but not everyone wants to play pvp.
in the end you dont have to buy boe weapons/gear if you dont want to.
I think I even seen those drop from mobs in dungeons/raid
Bloody happened to me today, clearing the trash before the second boss on mythic, we had 2 BoE’s drop one for me, one for another guy, he gets a 226 good stat item that will make him some serious gold, i get the world drop 190 ilvl agi polearm,
free gold is free gold im not going to turn it down and it got a good laugh at my misfortune in discord so it’s all good
But im still not sure if it was really lucky or a huge F you from the rng gods
BoEs drop more frequently than boss drops… 
Had a run yesterday where 2 people had 2 BoEs each [4 total] before we even reached the next boss from last kill…
A friend had a iLvl 207 epic BoE necklace drop from a random standard elite in maldraxxus he had to kill for a world quest.
So I’m going with pretty much anywhere.
I would never PvP enough to have enough honor for that, so I’d rather buy the BoE. (Or do neither, and just do content I enjoy, and eventually upgrade my gear. :P)
The reason BOEs are that expensive is because top end guilds buy that stuff for any price to get ahead in the race. Of course world first is over but realm first is still important to some guilds.
They also have infinite money from boosting people in past expansions, so 250k gold for a BOE is absolutely nothing for them.

Hunter is the most fotm class in pve. Dragonslayers have millions of gold. Im surprised its only 200k. Unless you are rich or can afford boosting ppl, you will stay poor in this game. Better get used to it.
I mean I wouldn’t pay it but that’s because that’s all my money.
