I read somewhere that this week there are 25% of the keys that were run last week. So they should see the stats with their own eyes.
Even streamers (atleast the ones I follow) arent pushing this week. Doing stuff with alts, and that they can also see.
So dunno. He can lawyer all he wants. But the message is clear.

Gonna play the Devil’s advocate. If I am not mistaken, you also had posts about aug beta or something(off-topic I know) so you probably know better than me anyway. Feedback and all that is exactly what it is. Just recommendations which they are not mandated by law to act upon.
They can…and most likely will anyway will just bury their heads into sand and pretend that they didn’t see or hear anything. 
You notice bolstering more in lower keys because things die faster.

I remember Aug discussions in beta. I took it to heart as well because S2 exodia literally killed the season for me.
From one day to the next, people did not even want to join my own key because I was not HPal. So sad. 3 months wasted.
And just like today, because of MDI they take months to do the tuning that is required.
