Hey, I just saw the new survival guide for 8.3 and noticed that some players had an awesome looking set of wings. Is it a new toy of sorts?
I think its rogues transmogging into the legendary daggers from Dragonsoul. They come with wings
Some of them had two handers though.
The wings you are talking about I believe is the trinket effect from Wrathion Trinket in the new raid.
It gives you fire ish dragon wings temporary while it is active.
