Dear brewmasters,dont even try to be original and take this for the brewmaster.Due to my tests effectivness for damage abilities is just 22.5%,not 35% as mentioned in the description,and Bone Marrow Hops conduit doesnt add plus 40+% to this 22.5% effectivness but raises its percentage by 40+%.To compare,Kyryan Phial of serenity Pelagos talent adds pure +35% healing to a standart 20%(=55%).Shame on you Blizzard for this description.Shame on you for this balancing.I am okay nobody gives a fack about other then Kyrian,but its absolutely overwhelming cool designed ability with a wrong description,numbers of this to brewmaster are just hilarious to compare with kyrians,only 1 covenant for BM
