with the bonereapers hook artifact weapon bugged since TWW pre-patch and the apocalypse skill that you need to trigger the the hidden questline to get it being removed in midnight and with blizzard doing nothing this weapon skin is going to be unobtainable soon. we either need to get their attention some how or just lose the skin forever

Do not worry I just got it now in remix.
I farmed it in the order hall (Legion Acherus) and got it quickly after I used some different talents. (not sure if it helps with spawning it but I got it very quickly after doing so)
Firstly on your artifact weapon turn on the [Call of the Forest] tree and get [Dreamweaving]. Use this in conjunction with remix time to speed up CD’s and use the abilities more often.
I made sure I talented [Apocalypse] and [Army of the Dead] and did not talent the following: [Magus of the Dead] [Legion of Souls] [Raise Abomination]
Just keep spamming the dummy’s in the Acherus with Apocalypse and Army of the Dead and it will spawn.
You will know you spawned it because a mob different to the usual ghouls will spawn and they will say something in the chat like “Why have you raised me?”.
Once you get the book from the mob despawning you can click on it and then head to the green “Unholy” part downstairs where there will be a trapdoor to go to the area to kill the mob who drops the hook artifact.
