Bonus Objectives in isle of dorn

I have a problem with the bonus objectives.
As I am trying to complete all the quests and bonus objectives, on my main for the full “completionist”. I realised that after I had done the main campaign and reached level 80 that all bonus objectives was removed from the map. Even if I fly there, there are no quests to be done.

I managed to find a workaround for the ringing deeps and hallowfall where if you party sync with a friend they pop up again. But Isle of Dorn the 3 bonus objectives there still do not work. These are:
“Fungal Frenzy”
“It’s Elementary”
“One Fin, Two Fin, Pearlfin, Dead fin”

I also want to go for completion and can find no way to complete “Fungal Frenzy”. I think i must have done the other ones before i hit 80 on my main.
